Act Now Foundation celebrated its Fourth Annual Music & Memories Gala while marking its 10-year anniversary. This unforgettable evening brought together nearly 300 caregivers, nonprofit leaders, community advocates, event sponsors, politicians, and business owners to honor and support families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
During the gala, Hackensack Meridian Health and The Center for Memory Loss and Brain Health’s Dr. Manisha Parulekar and Dr. Florian Thomas were recognized for their work in creating a collaborative dementia care program with Act Now Foundation. Additionally, the event honored caregivers, or careheroes, for their tireless dedication to improving the lives of their loved ones.
Guests enjoyed a lively cocktail hour featuring the Exclusive Trips Auction provided by AmFund, followed by an elegant dinner, raffles, and fundraising activities. The support of attendees and sponsors helps Act Now Foundation continue to expand memory screenings, dementia education, caregiver support, and community resources across New Jersey.
