Thank you for attending the 4th Annual Music & Memories Gala and celebrating our 10-year anniversary with us! This year, we welcomed almost 300 SUPERHEROES including caregivers, members of other non-profit organizations, community activists, event sponsors, politicians, and business owners. At the event, we honored Hackensack Meridian Health & The Center for Memory Loss and Brain Health's Dr. Manisha Parulekar and Dr. Florian Thomas for their work in creating a new collaborative dementia care program with Act Now Foundation. In addition, we honored our caregivers, or as we call them, "careheroes", for their relentless efforts to improve the quality of life of their loved ones until the moment they transition.
Your support has helped us continue to expand our mission to provide the community, resources, and education that our seniors and caregivers need to thrive. We hope to see you again at next year's 5th Annual Music & Memories Gala, 5K Walk, or Brain Health & Community Resource Fair!
