Act Now Foundation, a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has been working for over a decade to raise awareness, advocate, and educate communities across New Jersey about Alzheimer’s disease, dementia prevention, and early detection.

Founded in memory of Francisca I. Lopez, our organization connects individuals and caregivers to vital resources, offers bilingual education, and drives systemic change to ensure that those living with dementia receive compassionate care and dignity.
