Dementia Education & Healthy Aging
Helping older adults and caregivers understand dementia and age well.
Dementia affects more than memory. It can impact behavior, decision-making, relationships, and daily life. Through our Alzheimer’s Prevention Education Project, Act Now Foundation helps caregivers and older adults build understanding of dementia and prepare for the changes it brings.

Our programs also provide guidance on reducing dementia risk through healthy habits and taking early action for brain health.

We’ve educated more than 5,600 individuals across New Jersey.
