Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Lincoln Park in Jersey City for Act Now Foundation's 5K Walk & Run, a community-driven event dedicated to raising awareness and support for dementia.
Whether you run, walk, or participate virtually, every step helps expand access to cognitive assessments, dementia education, caregiver support, long-term care planning, and resources for families across New Jersey.

1. In-Person 5K Walk & Run
Join us in Jersey City and experience a high-energy community 5K walk and run in support of dementia awareness.
2. Virtual Challenge
Participate from anywhere: walk or run on your own schedule while still supporting the cause.
3. Join or Create a Team
Walk or run with friends, family, or coworkers. Creating or joining a team is a powerful way to increase your impact and bring more awareness to dementia in your community.
