At Act Now Foundation, we bring people together through events that educate, support, and connect. From weekly memory screenings and caregiver groups to our signature gala and annual health fair, each program provides families with the tools and resources they need to navigate Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Free, confidential screenings to detect early signs of memory loss.

8th Annual Music & Memories Gala
March 6, 2027
An unforgettable evening of live entertainment, fine dining, auctions, and dancing. Every dollar raised supports dementia education, caregiver programs, and community outreach.
3rd Annual 5K Walk & Run
November 6, 2027 at 9 AM
Join us in Jersey City for a community 5K walk and run supporting dementia awareness. Every step helps fund cognitive assessments, dementia education, caregiver support, and outreach programs across New Jersey.
Brain Health & Community Resource Fair
June 12, 2027 at 10 AM
Co-presented with the Hudson County Department of Health and Human Services, this event includes:
- Free health screenings
- Educational workshops
- Caregiver resources
- Connections to local service providers
