Bringing Programs to My Community
Bring dementia education, memory screenings, and outreach to the people you serve.
Act Now Foundation partners with local organizations, senior centers, housing authorities, and faith-based groups to deliver dementia-friendly programs where they’re needed most. Whether you're organizing a health fair or coordinating services for older adults, we’ll help you support your community with education, screening, and awareness.

Cognitive Assessments
Bring free memory screenings to your neighborhood.
Through the Alzheimer’s Early Detection Project, we offer on-site cognitive assessments at senior housing sites, libraries, places of worship, and more. These screenings help detect early signs of Alzheimer’s and connect individuals with the support and care they need.

Dementia Education for Older Adults
Dementia education tailored to the people you serve.
Our Alzheimer’s Prevention Education Project helps older adults learn how dementia affects memory and behavior, and what steps they can take to stay healthy and plan for the future. We offer in-person and virtual sessions at local centers, housing sites, and public venues.

Advocacy & Outreach
Raise dementia awareness in your community with events.
We provide hands-on community engagement through health fair tabling, guest speaking at public events, walk-a-thons, and on-site memory screenings. We collaborate with local organizations to increase dementia awareness and connect underserved communities with critical resources.
