Our Events & Community Programs

Alzheimer’s and Dementia Education, Cognitive Assessments, Support Groups, Health Fairs, and Fundraising Events in New Jersey

At Act Now Foundation, we bring people together through events that educate, support, and connect. From weekly memory screenings and caregiver groups to our signature gala and annual health fair, each program provides families with the tools and resources they need to navigate Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Weekly & Recurring Programs

We host and attend events across New Jersey that offer education, screenings, and community connection:

  • Memory Screening Group Events
    Free, confidential screenings to detect early signs of memory loss.

  • Educational Seminars
    Interactive workshops covering dementia prevention, healthy aging, and brain health.

  • Health Fairs and Community Days
    Outreach at senior centers, municipal events, and partner organization gatherings.
