Empower Older Adults in Your Community with Knowledge About Brain Health

Are you a senior center, housing site, public library, faith-based group, or nonprofit serving older adults in Northern New Jersey? Act Now Foundation’s Alzheimer’s Prevention Education Project offers free dementia education seminars to help your community stay informed, supported, and empowered.

Since 2016, we’ve educated more than 5,600 older adults on brain health, memory changes, and early detection. Now, we’re ready to bring this program to you.

Topics include:

  • What dementia is and how it affects the brain

  • Normal aging vs. early warning signs

  • Lifestyle habits that support brain health

  • When and how to seek memory screening

  • Local resources for ongoing support

Available in English and Spanish. Offered in-person or virtually.

What We Provide

Hosting is simple. We’ll support your event with:

  • Online promotion on our website calendar and occasionally on our social media

  • Event highlights on Facebook & Instagram with tags to your organization (if public)
