For over a decade, Act Now Foundation has been on the ground, partnering with local organizations to educate, empower, and advocate for older adults across New Jersey. Through our Advocacy & Outreach Program, we attend senior events, health fairs, expos, and community gatherings to provide dementia education and connect individuals to free services available in Hudson, Bergen, and Essex counties.​

Act Now Foundation is available for guest speaking, health fairs, community events, fundraisers, walkathons, and general outreach.

We are active members of multiple Community Network Associations, often teaming up with partner organizations to reach families—especially those facing economic or social hardship.

Our annual Brain Health & Community Resource Fair, co-presented with the Hudson County Department of Health and Human Services.

Co-authored two New Jersey state laws focused on Alzheimer's and dementia care.

Launched the Bergen County Dementia Friendly Initiative to build dementia-inclusive communities.
