Caregiver Support & Crisis Management
Because You Deserve Support, Too.
Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or another dementia-related illness is an act of love. But it can also feel exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming. That’s why our free Alzheimer’s and Dementia Support Solutions focus on you, the caregiver.

Whether you’re dealing with daily challenges or facing a crisis, we’re here to help you feel supported and empowered.

Why Caregiver Support Matters
Caregiver burnout is real. The stress of dementia care can lead to anxiety, depression, loneliness, and even serious health issues.

You’re not alone. Act Now Foundation has helped more than 1,500 caregivers by providing:
-
Emotional relief through safe spaces to share
-
Practical caregiving tools for daily life
-
A community of support from people who understand
With the right resources, you can care for your loved one while protecting your own well-being.

One-on-One Support & Crisis Help
Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Our team provides private emotional support and on-call crisis guidance.

You can also connect with a trained peer through Care2Caregivers, a phone-based support program that pairs you with caregivers who have walked in your shoes. They listen, understand, and offer practical advice when you need it most.

Caregiver Respite Nights

Caring for yourself is just as important as caring for your loved one. When resources allow, we host Respite Nights—special outings where caregivers can relax, connect, and recharge in a supportive setting.
