Cognitive Assessments for Alzheimer's & Related Dementias
Take the first step toward understanding your memory health.
Worried about memory loss? You’re not alone. Getting screened doesn’t mean something is wrong. Through our Alzheimer’s Early Detection Project, we provide free cognitive assessments to identify early signs of memory changes and connect families with the right resources.
Our screenings are safe, private, and supportive and meet people where they are, both emotionally and physically.

What the Screening Includes
A caregiver interview
(when applicable)
A personalized intake and memory assessment
A follow-up consultation with resources and guidance
Each assessment lasts about one hour and is used as a first-step indicator of whether a more in-depth medical evaluation might be helpful.
Why Early Detection Matters:
An early diagnosis gives you:
-
Access to treatments that may slow progression of symptoms
-
Time to make important legal, financial, and care plans
-
A better chance to stay connected with loved ones
Medicare recommends annual memory screenings for everyone over 65.

Where Assessments Take Place:
We make screenings accessible by offering them in a variety of settings:
-
At our Dementia Resource Center
-
In-home for individuals who are frail or homebound
-
At community events, senior housing, faith-based spaces, health fairs, and more.
We have already helped more than 4,200 individuals take the first step toward early detection and peace of mind.
